It sounds like you may not be logged into your account or are logged into the wrong account.
If you are using a computer (desktop/mobile web):
Please click here and sign in using your email and the associated password.
If you are using a mobile phone or tablet (App):
Open the app and sign in using your email and the associated password.
If you are using a mobile phone or tablet (App) and cannot find where to sign in:
Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen, and then click on your profile name and then Sign Out.
Once you are signed out, input your email and the associated password, then click on the Sign in button as shown below.
Once you are successfully logged in, click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen and you will be able to see your Portfolios and the Find & Compare section.
IMPORTANT: If you are trying to access an article from an email alert, please make sure you are logged into your account first before clicking on the article link.
