# How Are Stocks Picked for the ‘Top-Rated Stocks’ List?

Stocks that qualify for "Top Rated Stocks" are rated between **Buy and Strong Buy** across all Quant factors, SA Author, and Wall Street Analyst ratings.

All Top Stocks are "Strong Buys", and the top 10 are displayed on the dashboard, on the [homepage](https://seekingalpha.com/).

As the ratings are dynamic, at times, the stocks may slip down or move up a bit and change positions.
