I am unable to determine the date and time of the current value of the stocks in my active stocks list. How can I seen the date and time of the stocks listed?

The price reflected in your portfolio is the real-time price.

If you are looking for price history, you can find it in the Historical Prices tab on every stock's quote page - https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AAPL/historical-price-quotes.
