# Why Am I Not Receiving Email Alerts?

If you're not receiving emails from Seeking Alpha, please check your spam folder first. If you find Seeking Alpha emails there, please click on "Not Spam" or move them back to your inbox.

Also, please add [subscriptions@seekingalpha.com](mailto:subscriptions@seekingalpha.com) and [account@seekingalpha.com](mailto:account@seekingalpha.com) to your contacts. This helps your email provider whitelist our emails. If you're still not receiving emails and are using your work email, contact your IT department and request them to whitelist the domain @seekingalpha.com.

Emails may also stop due to a bounce received from your email provider or if you accidentally reported our emails as spam. In such cases, please contact your email provider's support for assistance. Alternatively, consider switching to a different email provider; Gmail tends to work most reliably. Users with email accounts from cable companies (such as Windstream, Comcast, etc.) often encounter this issue more frequently.
