# Seeking Alpha Subscriptions - Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing. Please refer to **Article 20** of our[**Terms of Use**](https://about.seekingalpha.com/terms?source=knowledgearticle_86907660734_seeking_alpha_subscriptions_-_cancellation_and_refund_policy) for our cancellation and refund policy.

You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the completion of the current billing period for both monthly and annual subscriptions.

All our subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled.

The subscriptions can be managed easily on the **[Paid Subscriptions page](https://seekingalpha.com/account/subscriptions_settings)**.

There are many subscriptions available on Seeking Alpha, some of them have trials. There are several types of trials available: 

**1. Subscriptions with a Free Trial:**

- If you start a free trial and decide not to continue, you must cancel before the trial end date to avoid being charged.
- We allow only **one free trial per service per lifetime**. If you sign up again for the same service, you will be charged upfront.

**2. Subscriptions with a Paid Trial:**

- Some services offer a **discounted paid trial period** instead of a free trial.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular rate.
- Paid trial fees are non-refundable.

**3. Subscriptions with a 30-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee:**

- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to Investing Group annual subscriptions.
- If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will be refunded for the unused portion of the annual term (remaining 11 months).
- Monthly Investing Group subscriptions are not refundable.
- The guarantee applies only to **first-time subscribers** of an Investing Group.

**Important:**

- Some lower-priced services (e.g., Investing Group Basic or Newsletter services) do not offer a free trial, paid trial, or money-back guarantee**.** These are charged **upfront** andare **non-refundable.**
